METHODOLOGY OF INNOVATIVE ORGANIZATION OF MASTER’S DEGREE STUDENTS’ INDEPENDENT WORK

Abstract

Background. Professional activities of master’s degree holders in the innovation economy inextricably involves solving multidimensional, multifactorial professional problems, associated with multiplicity of alternative developments of situations. From this perspective, one of the key factors in education of master’s degree students, corresponding to the level of innovation economy, is specially organized independent work of a student concerning comprehension and solution of topical professional problems that occur in the real sector of economy.
Materials and methods. The study was conducted through examining scientific, educational, professional literature, the federal state educational standards of higher education, practical teaching experience. The research goal was achieved on the basis of consolidation of fundamental approaches: activity, systemic, synergistic, personal, axiological, evolutional-activity.
Results. The author has developed an innovative concept of organization of independent work of a student, based on the methodology of intellectual and informational support of subject’s professional activity, providing parametric (on the basis of the order parameters with relational and network presentation and processing of information) management of generation of productive solutions with qualitatively new properties and functionalities. It is shown, that a backbone factor of the intellectual and informational support is the information model, structured on the basis of two interacting fractal spaces of the representations: space representation of professional activity and space representation of a subject of activity, formed on the basis of, respectively, nine and eight-order parameters with potentially unlimited number of formal relations, which due to fractal environment are of the same kind and are easily correlated into private relations as a result of inferences when addressing current professional tasks. This makes it possible to easily solve non-standard, multifactor, multi-criteria problems with minimal time and energy costs.
Conclusions. The proposed concept of innovative organization of independent work of a student and the technology of implementation due to the unique properties of spaces of representations of professional work and of the subject of activity almost without intricate reasoning provides: decomposition of tasks, correlation of depth and breadth of task solutions according to the needs and objectives of a subject; generation of valuable knowledge directly in the course of solving actual problems, a consolidated holistic account of achievements in the external environment; student’s evolution in proportion with changes in the professional environment and his/her own needs.
